We are looking for an Operations Manager ready to lead and manage our Boutique Real Estate Office in McAllen, TX. We are a growing brokerage in need of an operations manager to handle the daily tasks of the office. Real Estate Experience preferred, but not required. A high level of organization skills and office management is required. Do you have a take-charge growth mindset? We are looking for an individual who can manage and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office files
  • Bookkeeping
  • Onboard new agents
  • Clerical duties
  • Phone calls/walk-ins
  • Manage Marketing and listing software

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Industry Experience a plus
  • Real Estate License a plus
  • Management/office skills necessary
  • Computer skills, Quickbooks/bookkeeping experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English

Compensation
$35,000 with bonuses based on experience and productivity
