We're looking for an Operations Manager for our small-but-mighty real estate team! The ideal candidate is super organized, loves systems and processes, and can handle a fast-paced team. Looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, customer-service oriented fast learner, and tech-savvy. We want a problem solver who loves process improvement. Although the job is primarily remote, we would prefer someone local or near Essex County, NJ, and would ask you to meet in person at least once a week. A real estate license or experience is a plus. We invest in your success and love to help people grow and flourish!

Responsibilities

  • Lead morning status calls and manage transaction tracking and coordination (e.g., scheduling appointments, filing paperwork with town municipalities, updating websites, commission invoices, etc)
  • Manage all back-office systems for clients and team
  • Coordinate and take charge of administrative and transaction management
  • Help plan and oversee event coordination (e.g., sponsorship events, client appreciation, webinars, etc)

Qualifications

  • Prefer proven experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, and real estate
  • Ideally, experienced with G Suite and has the technical aptitude to learn new systems
  • Must enjoy being in a dynamic job where no day is the same
  • Must have a constant drive to improve the internal processes, therefore improving our ability to serve our clients at the highest level
  • We require the highest level of integrity, and the ability to own and learn from mistakes
  • Need outstanding client service and communication skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail
