COMPENSATION:

• $100,000 with bonuses and profit sharing

• Overview of systems for us to steam line data, efficiencies, mass emailing, project management, billing, etc.
• Oversight of marketing
• Oversight of estimating
• Oversight of project management
• Office management/AR oversight
• Handling employee reviews, overseeing legal, overseeing accountability.
• Implementation of new ventures

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience budgeting and forecasting
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
