A Top Producing team at John L. Scott is looking to add a team member! Our team has been serving the local community's Real Estate needs since 1995. We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative/Project Manager to assist with contracts, social media/marketing management, and client follow up.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, Mac Proficient or a quick learner and can solve problems, has great customer service, and is organized and detail-oriented. You will also be responsible for organizing office records, customer data entry, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support our team. We are looking to grow our team and need someone who is motivated and looking to grow and learn.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Overall project management of listings from start to finish
  • Transaction coordination for both listings and buyers
  • Marketing support of bimonthly mailouts
  • In charge of managing social media accounts and producing weekly content for FB, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Help organize quarterly client events

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service
  • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar

Compensation
$15-$20 an hour DOE
