We are a top-producing real estate team serving Hoboken, Jersey City, and greater Hudson County. The team is experiencing tremendous growth! We are looking for an exceptional Administrative/Operations Manager who will run the back end and administrative side of their business so the team can focus on sales and client care. There will be the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office.

The ideal candidate has worked within real estate, mortgage, or title, knows the lingo, and understands the basics of our industry; however, we'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness, and compliance is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people. You'll need to be comfortable with often working solo and in a more solitary environment. 

Rather than telling you what to do each day, we'll expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to us with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase our efficiency and positively impact our bottom line. You'll be able to self-manage, act as our eyes and ears, and function as our gatekeeper so we can work free of distractions. You’ll certainly be a vital and valued member of the team!

You know your way around a spreadsheet, and you demonstrate great proficiency with technology. You’re comfortable with all digital/social platforms and have experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, CRM, and accounting software. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush their to-do list, we'd love to hear from you. This is a leadership position with an opportunity for growth and we seek someone who wants to be in it for the long haul.

Responsibilities

  • Organize/maintain the daily schedule and all supporting activities for the Team
  • Manage and work all real estate transactions from contract to close
  • Manage and maintain our database/CRM
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses, and marketing
  • Provide accountability to others as deemed necessary
  • Represent us professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers. 
  • Maintain a desire to be learning based to insure total team relevancy.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust

Qualifications

  • Tech and digital savvy
  • Must have CRM experience
  • Competency with accounting software
  • Positive can-do attitude, professional in demeanor and appearance
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent; maintains focus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
  • Real estate license a plus but not required

Compensation
$50,000 - $55,000 annual base plus bonus
