Our CEO is seeking their partner-in-crime, the yin to their yang, the peanut butter to their jelly - a Director of Operations who will help grow our already exceptional real estate firm into a best-in-class business.
We need our Director of Operations to operate with unimpeachable integrity and with impeccable communication - your job is not only to create powerful, replicable systems and hold our entire team accountable, but to do so with honesty and transparency every step of the way. Our business is fast-paced and constantly evolving alongside the Wild West that is the Denver Real Estate Market - so to find success in this role, you will need to proactively evolve and develop adaptive programs to anticipate future problems and remove obstacles to success before they occur.
Because this role will involve holding even our CEO accountable, it is imperative that you have a strong leadership sensibility as well as the ability to take ownership of a project or objective. The most successful Director of Operations is one who truly internalizes and understands our company direction, and is able to take control to create, articulate, and supports the steps needed to achieve our end goals. Our industry necessitates speed and accuracy - but never at the expense of our client experience, or our integrity. Your job will be to manage and organize the inevitable chaos of running a highly successful real estate sales team and to hone our tools and resources to provide a best-in-class experience for our clients. Because the Director of Operations is also our Chief Experience Officer, you set the tone for our client and community relationships. You will oversee and manage our marketing efforts, including planning our client and vendor events as well as managing our affiliate business partnerships. If you are someone who builds partnerships as easily as you do systems - and are prepared to help us drive our growth through helping maximize our team's efforts, as well as by utilizing our in-house tools and technology to expand our client base as well - then we want YOU.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 + Bonus and Incentive opportunities. Autonomy of schedule.
