The Operations Manager at Skyclover plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. This multifaceted position combines elements of both operations management and executive support, requiring a diverse skill set and a proactive, organized approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining office processes, managing schedules and events, and providing crucial administrative assistance to our executive leadership. They will be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, committed to supporting our growing organization and fostering a positive work environment.


  • Provide administrative support to SVP of Operations, including calendar management, email management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Develop and implement efficient office systems, policies, and procedures to improve overall operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Manage office inventory, including ordering and tracking of supplies and equipment
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and employees, clients, and vendors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and provide support for ongoing training and development initiatives
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow
  • Monitor and maintain budgetary controls for the executive office
  • Various other administrative tasks as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, executive support, or a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
