The OM is deeply committed to supporting our agents in achieving greater levels of success, growing skills, and developing into supportive leaders within the team. As the success of the team grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all operations tasks of the agents' business are completed at high standards with maximum efficiency.

The OM will execute the business plan by leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for agreed-upon commitments. They will remove obstacles and barriers; manage major
projects; standardize and systematize work; and integrate all major functions of the business. The OM works alongside the CEO to filter and translate ideas into the functional plans of the business. This individual is responsible for managing all areas of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, and administration.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be in charge of developing and implementing the following:

  • Marketing: Creating a measurable number of leads, eliciting reviews from existing and past customers, marketing listings, developing and executing marketing calendar, overseeing social media manager
  • Client appreciation & relationship management: Events are systematized and executed consistently
  • Database management: Contact information, yield % from database
  • Database growth: Responsible for the growth of the database in a given amount of time
  • Transaction & Listing Management: oversees all workflows, transaction manager, skill development, and contractor relationships, and makes sure the client experience is excellent
  • Lead Management: Builds and oversees all workflows, makes sure all leads are on appropriate follow-up plans/campaigns
  • Project Management: Oversees systems development/implementation/tech 
  • Tracking Management: Oversees tracking and reporting of all team KPIs
  • Talent Management: Responsible for operations talent/staff/hiring/training/firing
  • Profitability Management - CoLG (cost of lead gen) ROI, other expense ROI
  • Operations Manual: Build and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards which will include written and video training
  • Schedule travel and training and continue to seek out learning opportunities for continued education and growth
  • Be the manager of FUN helping to build internal culture by celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, goals, and more
  • This person will be the right hand to the CEO and she is looking for someone that thinks and acts like a business owner and protects that company as a partner

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • 1–3 years of leadership, service, administrative, operations, and management experience

Compensation:

  • $60,000-$80,000 base plus incentive compensation, commensurate with experience.  
  • Profit Share available after promotion to Director of Operations. Future income with no limit based on the profitability of the company.
