  • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization
  • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
  • Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants
  • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings

Operations and Facilities:

  • Lead team meetings
  • Create, implement, and maintain the Firm’s operating policies, procedures, and systems
  • Oversee onboarding and continued training for staff
  • Collaborate with Owner to define key performance indicators to define success, measure results, and optimize the productivity of staff
  • Ensure staff have proper resources
  • Assist with IT needs and train staff on technological systems and enforce proper use
  • Check and scan in the mail and assign to the proper staff
  • Purchase office supplies
  • Help strategize opportunities to improve facilities and operations


  • Recruit, hire and oversees the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Perform quarterly reviews with staff
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with staff
  • Enforce personnel rules and employment policies
  • Support and in charge of finding ways to reinforce and/or grow the firm’s culture to ensure it's aligned with our values.


  • Track data from sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee continuing training for marketing and sales teams
  • Assist with intake and marketing activities
  • Assist with event planning
  • Manage the Firm’s relationships with current clients, former clients, and referral sources
  • Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors
  • Help strategize opportunities to improve the sales and marketing departments to help increase revenue


  • Oversee billing activities with the billing coordinator
  • Oversee collection activities to prevent and eliminate A/R
  • Monitor financial statements and prepares budgets
  • Assists bookkeeper and accountant when needed
  • Coordinate with and oversee outside vendors
  • Collaborate with Owner to improve financial controls and analyze key reports

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • The candidate will have the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge in computer technology and the Internet (MS Word and Excel) and the ability to learn new programs easily
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Supervisory experience working in a law firm is highly preferred
  • Experience in operational process refinement, budgeting, and HR is highly preferred

$20 - $26 hourly
