We are looking for a bilingual International Operations Manager to manage our team of 5+ individuals in Mexico. The team will be expanding to a dozen or more throughout the next 12 months, so we are looking for an adaptable leader with extensive project management and organizational skills. If you speak in terms of relationships and team building and also have a project management skillset or background, this may be the perfect management position for you!


  • A proactive, highly motivated team player with a strong sense of urgency that will play a key role in driving the long-term strategy for theInternational Talentteam and the Consular Processing teams
  • Manage third party staffing-vendor relationships and evaluate opportunities for new vendor partners and enhancements in countries where we do not have our own team
  • Help build and execute scalable recruitment processes, has a strong process and operational expertise with an emphasis on process design, solutioning, and documenting
  • Serve as a change agent to identify and assist in driving improvements in sourcing, screening, and selection processes
  • Ensures all TA (SOP) documents are up-to-date and are kept readily available for stakeholders. Update TA SharePoint and other support sites used to organize document processes
  • Experience with various TA technology platforms with the ability to configure and troubleshoot as a super admin for an applicant tracking system and customer relationship management tools
  • Ability to parse out technology challenges vs. process challenges, and efficiently come up with successful solutions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and advise on best practices related to optimizing TA functionality and effectiveness
  • Develop education for recruiters, and hiring managers on best practices on recruiting processes, and technology upgrades, deployments, and improvements
  • Build and develop acquisition reporting, data, and dashboards to share with the executive team, team, and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand data trends and make recommendations base on data analysis


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience working in acquisition or project management
  • Strong experience working with a variety of technology (ATS, HRIS, CRM's, sourcing tools)
  • Proficient in excel and building reports and dashboards
  • Ability to identify and analyze data to develop strategic recruiting solutions
  • Results orientation, highly self-motivated, and ability to work independently
  • Strong project management skills, can objectively collect/assess requirements and scope of work
  • Ability to effectively communicate, interact with various levels of leadership with strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM's, SharePoint, Smartsheets, and various social networking sites and technology platforms
  • Generate and implement innovative solutions and an understanding of how to take programs from ideation to execution
  • Ability to build partnerships, manage stakeholders, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for building consistent and scalable processes
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities environment

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
