The Director of Operations (DOO) is a key Protector of the growing expansion of the business. This manager is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Expansion Hub, the Director of Operations (DOO) increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Sales Team to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process. 

The Director of Operations (DOO) is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the agents and in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills, and developing into a supportive leader/manager within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. They will also be responsible for leading the sales department from a systems/accountability position.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Organization and Management
  • Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referrals from past, current, and future clients
  • Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
  • Create and maintain employee onboarding systems
  • Help recruit agents to join the team
  • Maintain the books, pay the bills, handle payroll, assure the collection of commissions, maintain the budget, and generate financial reports
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Track and review goals weekly
  • Attend trainings as needed
  • Schedule travel and training
  • Schedule and coordinate vendor visits to the team
  • Master the systems and websites used in tracking our clients and contracts through Closing
  • Supervises all administrative and marketing processes
  • Continually look for ways to save money, increase sales & increase profitability
  • Customer/Agent Relationship Building
  • Build relationships with the clients
  • Acts as the gatekeeper for Team Lead

Job Requirements:

  • College Degree
  • Driver’s license
  • Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Real Estate license (preferred but not required)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary - $60,000 to $70,000
  • Bonus opportunity for growth
  • Growth opportunities
