Capital Financing is an Atlanta, Georgia based company that started in 2010 as a need to help individuals involved in litigation cases (Personal Injury/Worker's Compensation) where they are injured, can't work, and as a result fall upon financial hardships. We have one of the most unique and industry changing models to attract individuals needing our services so they are not taken advantage of. We are cutting edge in our technology and our design to deliver the best service.

We are currently doing business in 20 states and we have steadily grown over the past 5 years. Our operations manager will oversee all departments of our financing company. The role requires you to be a leader, quick learner, handle the details of all departments so you know more than everyone. Handle day to day and drive the company forward so we can grow and keep staff on track.

Responsibilities

Run a small staff of 4-6 employees. Operations Manager oversees all departments including: Intake, Underwriting, Servicing, Contracting, and Funding of loans. 


This is a full time job that requires you to be the quarterback of Capital Financing. The position will require quick on the job learning and be comfortable managing staff and making sure the office procedures run smoothly. 


You will be responsible to handle ACH, Wires, E-checks, FED Ex, constructing contracts, using Docusign, writing checks, handling upset clients, and maintaining a strong work culture.

Qualifications

Leadership, positive attitude, shows up early and will stay late, can train others on our systems, detailed, creative thinker, technologically savvy to run the many software programs to help facilitate or process.

Compensation
$45,000 - $60,000
