Operations Manager/Executive Assistant needed for a top ranking Real Estate team in the Minneapolis, MN area. With the help of this individual, the Agents can focus on selling real estate rather than running the operations side of the business. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond, is excited about the opportunity for growth and expansion, and who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, and will work well both independently and in a team setting. The right candidate will be persistent in following up with third parties to the Real Estate transaction to keep us within our contract deadlines and get our client to the closing table on time.

It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be a perfectionist, is extremely computer savvy, and welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. They will be ready to conquer the world with the team! Must be competitive in nature and love to win.

Experience with Contact Retention Management Systems is a plus. Candidate will need to be willing to obtain real estate license (Agent will reimburse this cost) and be open to assisting salespeople and handling special projects, as needed. Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can do” attitude and bring a sense of fun to the team.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range is $40,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) 
  • Group Medical Plan & 401K Matching

Responsibilities

  • Assisting and supporting a team of salespeople. 
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and multiple assistants that work remotely. 
  • Maintaining database management system(s) and training virtual assistants on systems and processes. 
  • Supporting and encouraging assistants in office. 
  • Keeping morale up. 
  • Lead Management & Pipeline Management Assistance. 
  • Responsible for all Human Resources & Communication with Bookkeeping Team. 
  • Responsible for all reporting of daily, weekly and monthly numbers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Marketing and strong IT skills necessary.
  • College degree (preferred)


Compensation

$40,000 - $70,000
