Operations Manager/Executive Assistant needed for a top ranking Real Estate team in the Greenwood Village/Englewood, CO area. With the help of this individual, the Agents can focus on selling real estate rather than running the operations side of the business.

Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. The right candidate will be persistent in following up with third parties to the Real Estate transaction to keep us within our contract deadlines and get our client to the closing table on time.
It is important that this individual is upbeat, considers themselves to be a perfectionist, extremely computer savvy, and welcomes constructive criticism as a tool for growth. This person will be somebody who has a big vision for team growth and expansion. They will be ready to conquer the world with the team! Must be competitive in nature and love to win. 1. Assisting and supporting a team of salespeople
2. Managing day-to-day office operations and multiple assistants that work remotely
3. Maintaining a constant presence on social media
4. Maintaining database management system(s) and training assistants and interns on systems and processes. Support and encourage assistants in office. Keep morale.
5. Lead Management Assistance
6. Marketing and strong IT skills necessary
7. Responsible for all Human Resources
8. Responsible for all reporting of daily, weekly and monthly numbers
9. Handle all accounting and payroll with National
Experience with Contact Retention Management Systems is a plus. Candidate will need to be willing to obtain real estate license (Agent will reimburse this cost) and be open to assisting salespeople and handling special projects, as needed. Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can do” attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team.
