We are looking for a professional Operations Manager/ Bookkeeper to coordinate and oversee our daily operations. Your role is to implement the right processes and practices, formulate strategy, improve performance, and order and maintain supplies and materials. This Operations Manager will serve as a compliance manager for all financials up to and including, monthly expenses, commission disbursements, and reimbursements. You should be ready to manage and lead our team, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all business lines.


  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Purchase supplies and materials as needed
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Manage all office financials which include commission disbursements, budgets, expenses, reimbursements, commissions, etc...
  • Perform quality control and mitigate business loss


  • Real Estate experience REQUIRED
  • Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Outstanding organizational skills
