We are seeking an effective Operations Manager to oversee all daily functions of our growing Real Estate Group in Conshohocken, PA! We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to plan, direct, assist and coordinate all organization’s operations. 

You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. You will manage and coordinate with a team of sales agents, administrative staff, and other affiliates.

Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager you will be you improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.

  • Coordinate and develop Marketing programs; verify programs are being completed on time.
  • Effectively manage client concerns, problems, complaints while giving excellent customer service.
  • To keep office on track, monitor office and personal goals.
  • Maintain and pull reports of all database systems and other support systems.
  • Maintain company core values.
  • Verify all procedures and checklists are being followed by team members.
  • Verify and cross check weekly each team member reports; prospecting, appointments, etc.

Qualifications

  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Be able to plan strategies, organize information, data and finances
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Be creative with problem solving
  • Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate within the organization
  • Leadership and organizational skills
