l am looking for a responsible individual who has real estate experience, preferably actively licensed in New Jersey.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include processing active real estate transactions and assist the President of the Company with the day-to-day activities of an active Real Estate office, must have a working knowledge of Word and Excel, Quickbooks, or Quicken.

Must be outgoing and friendly, salary is commensurate with experience, must have a vehicle, and must live no further than 30 minutes from South Orange.

Responsibilities

The applicant daily responsibilities will include

  • Communicating with current and past clients in order to maintain a high probability of referrals
  • Organize and maintain the President of the company's daily schedule
  • Daily communication with in house salespeople, attorneys, title companies and other Real estate companies to coordinate and process active sales transactions
  • Light bookkeeping to assist with paying bills collecting rents and balancing accounts

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum two years of experience in an office environment
  • Have an active Real Estate License
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, word, excel, Quickbooks
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish
  • Must be a team player, outgoing and friendly

Compensation
$35,000 - $38,000 yearly
