KLOUD Realty Group is looking for an amazing team member to join as the Operations Manager working in our Anchorage office. I repeat, you must be AMAZING!

KLOUD is a small, close-knit and fast-growing team (20+) that has fun and gets work done. We've doubled in size this year and now need another amazing individual to help drive our growth!  

The Operations Director is a key Empire Builder for growth and expansion. This person is the master of computer systems, consistently seeking new, innovative and efficient business processes that save time and money. 

This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems and is seen throughout the organization as the expert within this arena. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool to increase efficiency and in the process, further increase our competitive advantage within the industry.

As the business continues to grow, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency. 

Salary: Base salary varies based on experience and talents. Bonus opportunities on closed transactions after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business operations and ensure KLOUD technology platforms (client management, lead generation and back office systems) meet current (and future) agent needs.
  • Drive new agent's growth through their first 90 days.
  • Supervise the Transaction Manager and ensure the contract close process exceeds clients' expectations.
  • Coordinate team meetings and ensure impactful, focused team training that benefits the agents.
  • Deliver information effectively at monthly client events (in conjunction with the Marketing Director).
  • Implement cost reduction, key customer and employee initiatives that support company growth goals.
  • Own and maintain the KLOUD Operations Manuals and Agent Performance Standards.
  • Track key agent and business performance benchmarks. 
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Monitor client, agent and staff satisfaction, and recommend improvements to Team Leaders.
  • Identifying target areas in which a business can improve operations.
  • Coordinate the purchase, installation and maintenance of all office equipment. 
  • Implement planning activities and optimize team's use of people and assets.

License: Alaska Real Estate license is required within the first 90 days.
