Next the Operations Director would be responsible for implementing and optimizing the systems, tools, and people of the business in order to facilitate growth within the organization. They would be someone who understands the client comes first; that world class experience is non-negotiable, and consistently looks for inefficiencies and ineffectiveness. 

The Operations Director would have a voice in the leadership team, be willing to push for raising the bar, and is ruthless in achieving results. They would bring experience in building systems, identifying gaps, and be solution oriented. They are the person who partners with us in taking it to the next level!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and regularly re-evaluate the operations manual to document and update all office systems and specifications
  • Manage entire process from contract to close
  • Supervise and train all additional administrative team members
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers)
  • Develop checklists for all listings and sales
  • Coordinate and take charge of administrative and transaction management - create processes to ensure efficiency
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing
  • Update the listing and sale filing systems
  • Marketing responsibilities include the creating and updating of marketing on Social Media platforms, MLS listing websites, brochures, videos and website design
  • Create and implement systems to help oversee customer base, agency back-office support and database management
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
  • Scheduling travel arrangements
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative management experience
  • Possess an attitude that is focused on excellent customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Is able to multi-task and exhibits flexibility in the workspace
  • Experience in the following is a must: Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, Titles or Mortgages
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Extremely organized with excellent project management skills
  • Continue to maintain the good will and reputation of the entire team by managing issues appropriately
  • Driven to succeed
  • A leader that understands how to motivate
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000
