“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.” If you’re looking to do the former by helping a small but fast-growing real estate team build its business (and grow your own career in the process), read on.

First, a little about this Agent

He is a doer. He does what he says and says what he means. This real estate team is highly regarded and well established in the Bay Area. They have sold in every corner of San Francisco and a majority of Bay Area communities.

Their mission is simple: To be on the cutting edge of real estate while never losing that custom, personalized experience for every client. With a combined 15 years of experience, they can provide excellent insight into the nuances of every transaction for buyers and sellers.

They are backed by the #1 sales brokerage in San Francisco, and this Agent has been nationally recognized by REALTOR® Magazine. What sets them apart from other agents is their ability to align their own goals with their clients’ real estate goals, while understanding the most important part of this industry, which is people.

A little about the role:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will quickly become everyone’s go-to. That means keeping an organized office and file system, as well as checklists, and follow through. (Some have been made, but its hard to keep track of and stick to them. That’s why we need you.)

We like to focus on the positives; this role might be a good fit for you if you...

• Are looking to stay in operations
• Are most comfortable with a small company
• Realize an Executive Assistant as more than a 9-5 administrative role, rather than a core member of the team who is always looking for ways to improve the business

Are you in? Awesome! Here are the details:

Location/commute: San Francisco, CA. Candidate MUST reside in the San Francisco city limits and MUST have their own car, a valid driver’s license, and carry insurance.

Type of employment/hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs / wk, M-F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., some flexibility on nights and weekends required.

Compensation: Up to $70,000 base, based on experience plus bonus per production milestones of the team.

Benefits: Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Free Parking.

How to apply: We appreciate your enthusiasm, follow the application process. Those who call will be removed from consideration! If you seem like a good fit for the job, you’ll hear from our recruiters at Pro R.E.A. Staffing about setting up an initial phone interview.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
