As the success of the team grows, this individual should expect to be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional operational team members to ensure all operational aspects continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.   • Implement, and manage all internal systems for listing management, database management, project coordination, and office support
  • Oversee contract management for luxury listings and project management
  • Coordinate the origination, installation, and maintenance of all needed vendors for current projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all client communication and for vendors
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct team meetings
  • System development, implementation, and management
