Part-Time

My business is experiencing tremendous growth! I am looking for an exceptional part-time Operations Manager who will manage the back end and administrative side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care. (There is the possibility to grow into a full-time position.)

My ideal candidate has a track record of employment and has worked within real estate, mortgage or title, or knows the lingo and understands the basics of our industry; however, I'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency, steadiness, and compliance is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people. You’ll be working mostly independently, with little direction, in an office environment.  

Rather than telling you what to do each day, I expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come up with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase efficiency and positively impact the bottom line. You'll be able to self-manage, act as eyes and ears, and function as my gatekeeper so I can work free of distractions. You will certainly be a vital and valued member of the team! 

In addition, an ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms, and has experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and a CRM. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush their to-do list, we'd love to hear from you. This is a leadership position with an opportunity for growth and I seek someone who wants to be in it for the long haul. 

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain a daily schedule and activities.
  • Manage and work all real estate transactions from contract to close.
  • Manage and maintain the database/CRM.
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses, and marketing.
  • Provide accountability for assigned tasks.
  • Represent me professionally while communicating with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating client events.
  • Create and execute original marketing pieces for distribution.

Compensation
$15 - $20 hourly
