Items to Note about the Application Process : 

  • Applicant must be willing and able to sign a non-compete letter along with the employment contract
  • Applicant must be local to the Portland Metro and able to work from the office Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is not a remote job opportunity

Skills You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Keller Williams experience (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of management experience
  • 3–5 years of real estate experience 
  • Team player with service-oriented leadership 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail 
  • Learning-based, growth-minded 
  • Organized
  • Flexible

This is an in-office position.  Competitive benefits package, including opt-in health care, 401k, and PTO. 

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
