We are looking for someone with a strong organization, work ethic, and ability to take on a diverse portfolio of tasks. Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with others, the Operations Assistant role will involve working with multiple departments to assist with the completion of projects. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management.

This diverse role will involve a multitude of office tasks such as meeting preparation, answering phones, marketing material preparation, data entry, franchise liaison, and more.   • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to the appropriate department
  • Take care of office management duties such as ordering, filing systems, and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
  • Data entry
  • Working with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
  • Learn different department duties to act as a backup, and work with them on collaborative projects
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Ensure the Conference room is prepared for meetings


  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to take on a variety of different projects
  • Possess a professional and courteous disposition
  • Comfortable using apps and online tools while listening, responding, and inputting data into a CRM
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • This is not a remote position

$17 hourly
