Executive Assistant needed for a top-ranking Real Estate Team in the Falls Church area. This person is an individual who is highly motivated and desires to advance and grow to become the company’s Director of Operations. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the team in achieving greater and greater levels of success, growing their own skills, and growing their income. The Executive Assistant is committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, diligence, and consistent communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.


  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Assist and support the agents in all business areas needing assistance
  • Build/refine, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support with the expectation that the company’s real estate transaction volume increases exponentially
  • Maintain the team database management system (CRM)
  • Oversee all contracts through closing
  • Manage client communication system and answer all incoming calls, inquiries, or complaints
  • Capture and report all team and market metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
  • Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Lead team meetings
  • Manage day to day operations
  • Assist and manage client relationships throughout the process


  • 3-5 years of administrative experience 
  • Familiar with the NoVa area - preferably resided in Northern Virginia for 5+ years
  • Outstanding organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service focus with a service-based attitude
  • College degree and social media experience preferred
  • Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
