The ideal candidate will have experience in administration - experience in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage are a plus but not required. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Responsibilities
  • Enter listing information into the Multiple Listing Service
  • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports to clients (buyers and sellers) and lenders
  • Manage multiple databases
  • Carry out monthly direct mail marketing program
  • Assist in social media management
  • Coordinate seller listing sign installation and removal at the appropriate times
  • Schedule photographers for all seller listings
  • Meet photographers and inspectors on site if agent is unavailable
  • Compile and distribute monthly e-mail newsletter
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from Operations Manager, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Google Suite and Internet skills
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Not afraid to pick up a phone and call clients, vendors or the general public
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
Compensation
$14.00 per hour
