West Bay Energy is looking for an Operations Administrator to add to our quickly growing team. The Operations Administrator will support the daily operations team to meet company goals and customer expectations. The Operations Administrator’s responsibilities will include answering the phone and communicating with customers, maintaining operations workflows, and providing administrative support as needed. As a successful Operations Administrator, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Health insurance is available. PTO is available after 90 days.


  • Answering phones and communicating with customers on a regular basis
  • Processing and applying for permits
  • Processing and applying for net meter applications
  • Managing and maintaining company databases
  • Tracking finance expenses
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
  • Performing other duties assigned


  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ Years Office Administration Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and Data Management Software
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to Multitask
