We are searching for an energetic and tenacious self-starter to provide operational and client care support for an established real estate coaching company. The professional in this role will work remotely and will be responsible for responding to current client inquiries and onboarding, implementing company standards to streamline our processes, and maintaining all client touches throughout the year. Additional responsibilities include making outbound calls to the database and providing day-to-day assistance to the operations and marketing teams. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication and phone skills, have a background in customer service, understand databases and communications, and possess proven experience in executive-level assisting.

• Onboarding new Clients and Client care
• Facilitate communication between our clients and team 
• Make outbound client calls to the database
• Database management
• Assist in tracking income, expenses, and payroll
• Manage schedules of the two company founders
• Assist in coordinating events and event logistics
• Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed of progress
• Assist the marketing team with special projects and lead-generation efforts
• Bring a positive and proactive attitude every day

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proven success in executive-level assisting
• High aptitude for learning new technology/systems
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Commitment to the details
• A proactive self-starter with a proven track record of completing projects on time and in an orderly manner
• A high degree of organizational abilities, specifically related to task and project management
• Previous experience in working with and reporting to multiple departments and leaders
• Experience working with graphic design tools and systems is a plus but not necessary
• Above average understanding of the real estate industry is a definite plus
