• Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
• Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
• Work to become a product knowledge expert - a trusted advisor to clients
• Stay up to date on the latest industry changes

• We will train the right candidate - experience in the insurance industry is not required

• Equivalent Work Experience - College degree preferred

• Required to obtain Massachusetts' insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance, Life and Health (we'll provide studying material and classroom education)
• Valid drivers license
