We’re ramping up our acquisition efforts on all fronts and we want to drive those folks to the right content to fill their needs and get them moving through our funnels.

Right now, we're on the lookout for an Online Advertising Specialist who will be passionate about using his/her skills to move the mission forward and find value in working for a cause. Not everyone wants to work here and quite frankly, we don't want just anyone. 

The position is a full-time, on-site role. While we love what the Digital Age has brought us, we believe that we get the most done when we work as a team, so on-site is a non-negotiable. You'll work with our awesome Marketing team, IT team, and the other teams at Dani You'll be focused on managing multiple paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Additionally, you'll want to have experience with researching, coordinating, developing, posting and monitoring paid search campaigns.

This position would work best with someone who has prior online marketing experience. It's a blast to work here, we're going big places, and we have a TON to offer... so it's more than fair that we ask you to bring something to the table.

  • Come to work every day excited to be here.
  • Drive high-converting traffic to our new and soon-to-be-launched funnels.
  • Consult on landing page optimization and testing recommendations for campaigns.
  • Watch key marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPI’s), compile and communicate the results to appropriate team members and departments.
  • Direct lead generation and initial customer acquisition strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to grow leads and improve the profitability of campaigns.
  • Mesh well with our awesome marketing team.
  • Manage and implement successful paid acquisition campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and volume.
  • Communicate the purpose of different campaigns to our designers, so they can make us high-converting, top-notch ad creatives.
  • In a fun, honorable way, take control of many different tasks and lead a team when necessary.
  • Pay attention to the performance of campaigns you're running so you don't miss opportunities to improve ad performance, CTRs and most importantly, conversions.
  • Responsible for the AdWords budget allocation and planning.
  • Maintain familiarity with the content we are marketing, so you're not disjointed from the messaging. 
  • Competitor research to support keyword research.
  • Consistently verify that tracking is in place to monitor campaigns. (It's never fun when you find something broken months down the road.) 
  • Work directly with our awesome Director of Marketing to communicate results and opportunities within paid social, paid search and display efforts.
  • Remain current with industry trends while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency of campaigns.
  • Contribute to campaign performance reports, using data to tell stories, and provide actionable insights for team members as well as clients.

  • 2+ years of Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Great attitude

  • Possesses a proven track record of sales/marketing performance
  • Experience with social media advertising including Facebook ads, Google AdWords, programmatic and display ads, video ads and re-targeting
  • Ability to optimize & scale Facebook ad campaigns
  • Experience with natural search planning and implementation
  • Sound SEO and Google Analytics knowledge
  • Enjoys the challenges of new products, new environments and working with a new team
$30,000 - $60,000 plus commission, bonuses and benefits
