Your Objective:

Support Native in hitting agent hiring growth targets enabling us to become the #1 Brokerage in CA with the most satisfied agents.

What this looks like:

You are responsive and ready to serve. When agents inquire about “Going Native”, you are quick to set an appointment and work to convert them provided they are a solid fit. Once agents decide to “Go Native”, you will rapidly send the offer to secure their position and guide them through the onboarding and transition process in an organized fashion. Your support allows an agent to simply decide to switch and begin to quickly Go Native and get back to selling. New agents who join are provided with access to training and accountability.


  • Convert incoming Realtor inquiries to Appointments
  • Schedule Agent Interviews for Roles with appropriate team members
  • Prepare new agent offer letters and send offer packages for review and signature
  • Complete all required new agent paperwork, including DRE license, MLS + Listing transfers
  • Connect with new agent to explain the Onboarding process and what they need to provide
  • Review Agent Playbook, Explain to agents why they should be excited to “Go Native” and share what the agent will need to provide to get up and running
  • Partner with various functions to ensure agent deliverables are met
  • Ensure that their account is setup and all pre-boarding steps are completed for each agent
  • Schedule and attend weekly check-ins for the agents for the first 30 days. Schedule Jessica’s check-ins with agent

  • A real Estate License is a plus yet not required
