The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. No prior real estate experience is required. However, experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title, or mortgage is a plus.

Full-Time Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Provide concierge-level customer service to clients and customers.
• Onboard new clients and properties into our property management software and various other systems.
• Collect all necessary information from Leasing Managers, Clients, and HOA’s to ensure an amazing, seamless customer experience for the clients.
• Provide backup to our Accounting Team in running weekly billing, vendor payments, monthly rent collections, and owner disbursements. 
• Request customer feedback and reviews.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use Microsoft products and property management software, bonus points for experience with Appfolio, LeadSimple, Bright MLS or ShowMojo.
• High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to cultivate relationships.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
