The On-Site Services Property Coordinator is the face of the company for our customers! Day to day this company representative is responsible for analyzing properties, conducting inspections, identifying needed repairs, obtaining 3D tours and property photos, installing signs, and lockboxes, and ensuring all tasks necessary for the successful marketing and sales of properties are completed on-site. 

This is a part-time, as-needed role. No certifications are required

Top performers can expect multiple orders a day.

  • Conduct property inspections and assessments, identifying necessary repairs and improvements
  • Obtain high-quality 3D tours and photographs of properties for marketing purposes
  • Install signs and lock boxes at assigned properties
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize power tools, lift heavy objects, and use ladders as needed for property maintenance and preparation
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the IRBY Group brand while on site


  • Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Modern smartphone with the ability to download necessary apps
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Available for appointment-based work with flexible hours
  • Able to pass a background check

$35 hourly
