Busy and active condominium association looking for an experienced and ready-to-work On-Site Maintenance Worker.

This is a full-time position and working hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

• Changing light bulbs
• Irrigation maintenance and minor repairs
• Painting and paint touch-ups
• AC drain line cleaning/clearing
• Light janitorial work
• Misc. handy-man repair work
• other tasks as delegated by management

• At least 3 years of relevant & similar experience
• Irrigation experience
• Willingness to learn more
• Authorized to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to and from work
