We are looking for an individual to become part of our team as our Office Manager and Recruiter in Crossville, TN! 

The ideal candidate will be a 'people person' and have an outgoing and friendly personality. You will need to be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel and Word.

Candidates should have previous experience in administrative services or other related fields as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Applicants will be extremely organized, deadline and detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership qualities.

  • Experienced in Recruiting and on-boarding employees.
  • Must have the ability to recruit, screen, interview, hire, and train top quality employees to work in various positions/jobs at our client site(s).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as being a productive member of a team.
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies.
  • Manage records and information.
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents.
  • Provide other administrative assistance to management team.
  • Perform other office tasks
  • Team leadership ability
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR or another office type environment.
$11 - $13 hourly
