You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. - Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions
- Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
- Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
- Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
