Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist, who will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. 

Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards while maintaining a professional and tidy atmosphere for our team and guests.


  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Maintain the front desk reception area, front lobby, guest bathrooms, and conference rooms ensuring the space is tidy, professional, and presentable.
  • Receive deliveries and pick up/drop off mail at the mailbox.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies.
  • Assist in a variety of projects including but not limited to ensuring team files are always stocked, assisting in managing some client gifts, managing guest fridge, assembling client closing gifts, assisting with event prep and clean up, assembling and mailing marketing packets, cards and event invites, manage our front window display and marketing slideshows, organize open house materials,
  • Assist with maintaining the accuracy of our CRM (which includes calling clients to gather missing data), and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Office Runner as needed to pick up supplies, orders, or lunches.
  • As needed, pick up lunches, supplies, or orders
  • Open and close the office
  • Check the main office voicemail daily and distribute messages appropriately
  • Support the Zander Team by being willing to assist with a variety of other tasks not listed.

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
$13 - $14 hourly
