Our business is hiring an office project coordinator to join our growing team. We’re looking to invest in a candidate who is interested in team leadership, upward mobility, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. You’ll be responsible for the basic coordination of the team's daily activities. They will be in communication with the customers and possess the ability to explain status updates to customers.


  • Schedules and monitor projects to completion, including meetings
  • Request/coordinate hygienist testing as needed
  • Schedule Tech Appointments/Inspections
  • Respond to inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Identifies potential problems, initiates follow-up and corrective action, and requests for service

  • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Self-starter and thorough in their work
  • Problem solver, resourceful in identifying problems and providing resolutions
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
