The Office Manager / Transaction Coordinator begins every interaction with a lead that comes into the business before booking an appointment and escalating it to the Acquisitions Manager for negotiation and contracting. Once contracted, this person will handle all of the transaction coordination paperwork. This person is extremely friendly, loves to be on the phone building rapport with new and old leads. They are a database ninja and will be the 'bookend' to every deal.

You’ll have a friendly, positive attitude, be a team player, and multi-tasker with a sense of urgency. You will also be interested in the long term of the business. We are seeking a self-motivated thinker, not just task manager who is detail oriented, thinks outside the box, and is creative and involved. You must be well organized, extremely friendly on the phone with great phone skills, a self-starter who is able to learn new technology easily, provide excellent customer service, and be able to multitask efficiently.
They are responsible for keeping the team organized, communicating with new and old leads and setting appointments for acquisitions to go on, keeping the database current, gathering paperwork from the seller and the buyer, working with the title company to make sure all parties show up to closing and transactions coordination, and making sure profits get wired in.He/she will report KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to the owners weekly.
