The Office and Leasing Manager relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems and checklists. You are a “doer” and when needing to get a lot of things done, they get done! The Office and Leasing Manager is in charge of operations and procedures including customer service, sales and billing, execute membership contracts, answer phone inquiries, manage the shared meeting room schedule, stock office supplies as needed, negotiate with vendors, create office procedure checklists to name just a few responsibilities.
Your role will evolve as this role will launch a new business and have a hand in system creation. You’ll be meeting and coordinating various contractors and assist in marketing too. Your eyes will be the last ones on the office before leaving each evening and opening in the morning, so it must look great. Great written and verbal skills a must.
You understand that you may not have the skills to do every task, but understand the importance of all of them and accept responsibility of finding others to get the job done. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the business continue to operate to high standards with maximum efficiency. World class service is a concept that you understand and implement.
Creativity and follow through in Marketing and Promotion is the other half of this job. You know how to promote through websites, face to face contact, letters, postcards, email marketing and social media. People tell you that you can write everything from a greeting card to a newsletter. You have the ability to see placement and like to create interesting and compelling marketing. You love photos, logos and have had trained on Word, Publisher, Illustrator and can interface with the graphics department.
Awareness of and the tenacity to use money wisely is a cornerstone of this work. You are budget-minded and always looking for ways to network with vendors and other talent in a leveraged way. You know how to work with lots of personalities and don't get your feelings hurt, always seeking to understand rather than be understood. You love the idea of a salary plus bonus based on your focus towards production along with inspiring the rest of the team. You understand that Real Estate is a business that entails follow up with past clients as well as world class service with them and any new clients.
You like to document and follow through and love systems that make your job easier. You enjoy customer contact and solving problems, with a desire to be excellent in all you do. You are a long term, mature person who is loyal in their relationships and job history.

Location: This position will work out of the Roswell, GA office. The Office Manager will work in an office environment, this is not a “work from home” position.
