Level 5 Leadership is in search of a detail-oriented Market Center Administrator to oversee our daily operations, supervise administrative staff, and ensure our business runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for general accounting and purchasing tasks, as well as assisting with contracts and scheduling meetings. You’ll also be in charge of the office budget and ordering supplies. Our ideal candidate is an experienced manager, a quick problem-solver, and a positive team player.

The right candidate is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and who appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in an ever-changing environment. Primary Objectives:

  • Accurate banking and accounting service
  • Computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience
  • Purchasing
  • General office skills

Regular Work Activities and Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Computer input
  • Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P)
  • Payments, Banking, and Payroll
  • Commission Processing
  • Systems implementation
  • Purchasing (supplies and equipment)
  • Maintaining database management system(s)
  • Assisting Agents and their Admin Staff and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
  • Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information


  • The ideal candidate will possess a background of a minimum of 2 years in Accounting and have a Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred
  • The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and needs to have managed other employees before
  • This person will be careful with details, thorough in completing tasks, be able to work independently and meet deadlines, perform well under pressure and possess a "can-do," no excuses attitude
