We are looking for a person to handle all functions of our office. Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and an ability to problem solve. A can-do pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must.

If you’re determined to make a difference in the lives of our customers and our team every day then we need to talk! The ideal applicant will be well organized, flexible and enjoy a challenge! We have a great office environment with room to learn and grow everyday!

  • Answering the phones and emails
  • Entering receivables into QuickBooks
  • Scheduling appointments for customers and Tom
  • Manually filing out invoices
  • Organizing daily work
  • Filing and labeling files
  • Sales and marketing
  • Office experience answering telephones, filing, scheduling, selling, and working with others.
  • Customer friendly, organized, responsible, and timely.
  • Experienced and certified in QuickBooks software.
  • Communication skills including verbal, written and typing.
  • Competence using computer application software such as Microsoft and Google applications. 
  • A geographical understanding of Chester County and Delaware County.
  • Must be a dog lover!
