This is a remote opportunity, however, you must be in the Falls Church, VA area.

• Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
• Oversee all contracts through closing
• Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
• Coordinate listing preparation and implementation, including communicating with sellers
• Database management
• Facilitating the process of home improvements
• Keeping the clients on the timeline
• Preparing marketing materials, entering a listing into MLS, maintaining compliance and documentation
• Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books and generating financial reports
• Marketing to include social media, email, website, content creation, video creation/editing, direct mailings, swag, etc
• Event planning and implementation

• Real Estate Experience preferred
