  • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
  • Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards

  • Order Supplies
  • Office social media  - post things happening in the office. (Office Ambassador)
  • Plan monthly agent events 
  • Plan monthly volunteer opportunity
  • Plan office training calendar 
  • Nurture relationship with vendors, oversee vendor program
  • Payroll - oversee broker sumo 
  • Assist Transaction Manager 
  • Oversee compliance
  • Decorating office for holidays and events
  • Planning lunches for team meetings etc
  • Pulling monthly MLS stats and sending to graphic designer to create flyer
  • Pull agent stats and send to graphic designer
  • Coordinate new agent marketing, biz cards, signs etc
  • Agent onboarding - including bio of every agents
  • Create recruiting folders 
  • Reaching out to agents in pipeline 
  • Keeping up with agent birthdays and sending b-day cards and social media posts
  • House anniversary cards
  • Open and close checklist
  • New agent orientation 

  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
$35,000 - $40,000 yearly
