We're looking for a professional, friendly office manager. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by following office protocols and working in current systems, scheduling important appointments, purchasing office supplies, and assisting other team agents as needed. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills, work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask efficiently, work well independently and with others, self starters and is comfortable talking to people.   • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary

  • Manage all paperwork in the office and keep files up to date for all team members

  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized

  • Previous real estate experience preferred

$18 - $20 hourly
