Local real estate investors are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and self-driven person who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment to join our team. Personal accountability, teamwork, and high attention to detail are critical for this role. This role wears many hats including administrative assistance, transaction coordination, inbound call answering and processing, social media posting, contractor scheduling, and running errands.

This person will be responsible for supporting the executive and sales roles with various administrative tasks. Transaction management is a key role in this position. This person will also be implementing and managing systems to complete tasks quickly and with a high degree of quality. This person is interested in growing their skills and being a supportive leader within the team. He/She must be dependable, a good problem solver, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Directly assist the Executive/Sales Team
  • Coordinate with title companies to ensure smooth closings
  • Answer inbound phone calls from sellers, buyers, and vendors
  • Use our CRM to enter information from sellers, buyers, and vendors
  • Managing new and existing rental properties
  • Plan, set up, and assist with monthly social networking event
  • Pick up / drop off yard signs and lockboxes to properties
  • Manage Team calendar
  • Develop systems, improve efficiencies, and write training manuals for various tasks
  • Weekly reporting to the Executive Team
  • Handle Bill Pay/Bookkeeping 
  • Manage insurance and utilities 
  • Obtain testimonial videos from sellers at the title company
  • Social media management
  • VA management
  • Take property pictures

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Pick up CRM quickly
  • Strong understanding of Google Calendar, Drive, and Email
  • General ability to understand the technology and utilize it effectively, quickly
  • Multi-Task (Must be able to answer the phone while managing the CRM)
  • Organized and task-oriented, STRONG attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be "tech-savvy", including proficiency and/or the ability to quickly learn and use office productivity software
  • Must be well organized
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must have a fervent desire for personal and professional growth
  • Must be a proven team player. We win and lose AS A TEAM
  • Must be teachable
  • Must have office management experience
  • Must have prior real estate job experience
  • Real Estate Transaction Management experience is a plus, but not required
  • Holding a real estate agent/broker license is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
  • Being a Notary is a Plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. This desire typically allows for those who will own their position and not need prompting to find things to do. Must not be afraid to take initiative and implement ideas that will help this role be more efficient

Payment and Benefits:

  • $31,000-$42,000 (based on experience and performance) 
  • Commissions and regular bonuses can drive pay much higher for the right candidate
  • Mileage reimbursement for errands
  • At this time, we do not offer healthcare benefits
