We are a large real estate brokerage with offices located throughout DC, MD, and VA and looking for a professional, friendly Office Manager for the front desk in our Alexandria, Virginia office.
This is a full-time in-person position (9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday). You would be responsible for responding to calls, questions, and requests in a friendly and timely manner, and implementing office standards. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in customer service.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- Review all paperwork by ensuring all required documentation has been received
- Digitally maintain contract files
- Notify the appropriate party of any missing documents via email, follow up emails may be required
- Obtain missing paperwork when applicable
- Submit checks for deposit into a bank account
- Operate multi-line switchboard
- Handle inquiries from the general public and Agents
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Order office supplies as needed to include but not limited to: cleaning, toner and general office supplies
- Receive and sort mail, deliveries and faxes
- Run credit reports as requested
- Maintain conference room reservation log, Agent of Day Calendar and Agent Roster
- Maintain the main office areas to ensure all is tidy
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
- Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Knowledge of office administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and Leadership skills
- Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
- Is flexible and willing to learn
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

Compensation
$15 Hourly
