- Hiring, training and managing all administrative and operational staff
- Managing marketing, social media, and advertising platforms and campaigns for the business
- Improving and managing all systems and processes for the business (spreadsheets, CRM, website, campaigns, workflows, tracking and reporting, and expense management)
- Supporting the CEO of the company
- Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
- Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
- Learning based and solution oriented
- Deadline driven and extremely organized
