The Office Manager is an individual who is willing and able to do whatever it takes to serve clients, team agents, team leadership and the community relationships. Salary $45,000 and is negotiable based on experience in real estate sales

• Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
• Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary
• Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication
• Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings
• Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties

• Execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks pertaining to office management and administration, listing management, event coordination, marketing through print medium and social media, database oversight, and vendor relations.
• Be a friendly, welcoming presence at the front desk of the Rose Creek office.
• Responsible for the creation and execution of the marketing through social media and print marketing.
• Responsible for general administrative and support duties as required by all team members.
• Responsible for assisting the CEO and Team Leader with administrative support.

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
• Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
