We are looking for someone who is willing to learn. Responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transaction services on behalf of Tamara Williams and Company, monitor internal/external workflow to ensure consistent quality of service and work product and perform advanced transactions as required.

Responsibilities

  • ORDER PROPERTY PROFILE 
  • Create property flyers and deliver to the property 
  • Introduction call to client 
  • Request property profile and covenants 
  • Create Dotloop File (with proper checklist) and maintain documents are signed in a timely manner  
  • Create G-Drive file with organized files for the transaction  
  • Update RealVolve (CRM) 
  • Post New Pending Production to all marketing channels  
  • Create paper file   
  • Add to white board 
  • Coordinate home inspector  
  • Coordinate home buyers availability to attend home inspection walkthrough  
  • Ensure all documents have been properly signed in a timely manner  
  • Coordinated advertising
  • SPELLCHECK EVERYTHING

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint programs

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines

• Graphic design experience preferred, but not required

• Social media experience preferred

• Ambitious, organized, motivated, go-getter, excellent communicator, personable, professional and tech savvy

Compensation
$12.00 - $14.00 an hour plus bonuses of $125 per office closing
